BlueYonder error and not receiving emails

I have a blueyonder account which I’ve had for years and years too. This morning I have also had an error and not receiving emails. I’ve tried the online chat but apparently they ‘no longer have access to blueyonder accounts ‘ and advised ringing the customer service. I have just spent an hour trying to get through the options which keep going round and round. Anyway can I ask how did you put on auto forwarding. I can’t seem to find that option.

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Blueyonder email address. Just to clarify, can you confirm you're still an active Virgin Media customer?

      Yes, we are still active Virgin media customers.

      Since messaging I have managed to get through to customer service and they sorted out my email issue, not completely but good enough. 

  • It seems there is a known issue with blueyonder email. They managed to access my blueyonder account through a third party email address
