Blueyonder Email suddenly stopped working
Hello, I have no idea why but starting today my blueyonder email account will not let me sign in. On top of that; When I try to do the reset password and I put in my email address, it just says "Please ensure you provide the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media". I would like to point out that I left Virgin Media back in June 2023 as I had moved and they couldn't provide service to my new address so I had to switch providers.
I've had this email account for a very long time, I made it back when it was Telewest and have had it longer than when I was with Virgin Media. Can someone offer some advice please? I need to regain access as soon as possible.
Also, I did try to contact virgin media but they were useless, just told me that because I'd left they had closed the account but I know this is nonsense because
1. When I sent an email to myself it went through just fine
2. My email has always been separate from my Virgin Media
If anyone could offer advice please do so.
