Blueyonder email suddenly not working on iPad, works on Mac & iPhone.
Email has suddenly stopped working on my iPad but works on the iPhone 7 Mac & the webmail is there. I'm trying to find the email password but can't find in the Passwords app nor anywhere on the VM system, as I'm trying to delete & reset as per apple help page.

Sounds like a problem with the mail client app password? If you change this, you will need to update all "app" mail clients to the same password. It will be in the form word-word-word-word
Note, this is only for app clients, not webmail.
To create one or update an existing one you need to follow these steps:
Sign into the My Virgin media account for the email concerned with your VMO2ID
Select Account Settings
Select Identity & Security Settings
Select Manage your products
Select Manage email app password
Click on the blue button 'Get New Password'
