Blueyonder email account has disappeared

Hi. My email account is suddenly unavailable after many years of working perfectly. I understand you might be closing accounts but I was given no notice to change over. How can I access my account to move over all my information.

many thanks

Gary

Brammer9 Is the blueyonder email address concerned linked to your current VM broadband account?  If it is then you should be able to get it unlocked and continue to use it.

If it isn't then it should have been closed 90 days after the broadband account was closed.

Hi.  Thanks for the reply. No I have not had a VM broadband account for many years now but the email address kept working up until Wednesday!

Brammer9. There was a general warning posted here:

VM said that they had sent warnings to all holders of these old emails. Did you not get one?

No never. Or I would have immediately taken steps to swap over. I literally have everything listed under this email address. I am at a total loss as to what to do. 😨

        Hi Brammer9 👋

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post.

If the mailbox is not linked to an active broadband account and you can no longer access it, it may have been deleted.

We wouldn't be able to recover this I'm afraid.

This is also stated in our t&c's - these email accounts are typically permanently closed and deleted 90 days after services have been disconnected.
