I have been having a lot of problems with my Blueyonder email for about a year, most of which have been resolved once I could get them to the IT team! This week I have discovered that all of my Address Book entries have been deleted, Any idea why? Is there any way that I can recover them?
If there is no fault in the area to explain the loss then consider following the advice here, My Virgin media email has been hacked | Virgin Media Help. Sadly there is no recovery process for deleted address book contacts apart from restoring them from an earlier backup made by account holder.
