Adding an admin@ email address

VM stopped existing customers from adding new email addresses some time ago.

New customers cannot create VM email addresses any more either.

To continue using any VM email services, you need to be a VM broadband customer.

Thanks for reaching out with your question. As goslow has very kindly already advised, we no longer have the facility for customers to create a new Virgin Media email. You would need to use a web client such as Outlook, or Gmail if you wanted to create another mailbox for admin.
