Address Not Added to Database

Hi,

I’ve recently moved into a new build and see that my address is not listed on VM’s database yet. I can confirm the physical presence of a VM hookup in my unit, and my landlord has confirmed this as well. All other flats in my building are listed except for mine, including the one just a door down the hallway from me, so I was hoping to get assistance in getting my address added to the database.
