Action needed: We’re closing your email account - but I'm still a customer

Hi, I have received an email from Virgin Media saying "As you no longer have Virgin Media services, your Virgin Media address will become inactive" but I have an active Virgin Media Broadband account.  How can I get in touch and how can i save my email that I've had for 30+ years and use for everything.

    Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the removal of your email address, as you have advised you are still with us, is the account where the email is associated from and your active account in the same name  and if so are you the account holder?
