Accessing secondary blueyonder account
This seems to have been triggered by logging in to virgin webmail page to check there wasn't a missing email in spam, usually I access my mail through Samsung email app on my tablet or bluemail app on my phone. I have 3 different blueyonder addresses, 2 of which I use. Today on the samsung app i was prompted to sign in to both of my accounts, I used my virgin password on the main account, which worked fine but no password seems to work on the secondary account and I cannot figure out how to reset it. Bluemail is working fine and both accounts are accessible on the virgin webmail page but they are merged.
