What happened to the community blog for reporting damage to street equipment?

Hi.  I've not been on here for a long time, due to having direct access to NAM via email.  I went back a few moments ago to look at the community blog for reporting damage to street equipment, which has apparently been archived.   Do we still have a direct port of call on here for reporting damaged cabs, graffiti, etc, or has that feature now been moved to a different platform or location on the site?
