Wanting to leave review for engineer but can’t access website given

Hi there,

Can anybody from the Virgin Media team help me out here please?

I have recently had broadband installed 1 week ago and I was given a booklet with a website on and asked to give my satisfaction rating on it for the engineer as he said it would really help him out.
He was such a lovely man and very polite and did a great job so I want to make sure I can give my feedback.

Unfortunately the website he gave me is not working and therefore unable to leave the feedback he deserves.

Is there a member of the Virgin team can possibly pass on my satisfaction to the relevant department please?

I was very satisfied with my engineer and he was so helpful.

His name was Tom [REMOVED]  and his I.D number was 69113
