I recently ordered the m250 package for £23.99/m, however I've seen that uSwitch have the same price but for gig1, or m250 for £17.99/m or m500 for £20.99/m
I ordered on the 26th, the hub 5 came on the 29th, and the engineer is due to visit on the 2nd,
Is it possible to call someone and amend my order to one of those better deals, switching from sky since we have been without WiFi for the past 2 weeks

VM will never help you to pay them less money.
At this stage you are free to cancel the current contract, and sign up with the uswitch deal.
You can cancel without penalty within 14 days. If you want the uSwitch deal you have to buy through their website as the "affiliate referral" process includes being directed to a VM specific landing page which provides the deal from uSwitch referrals. As part of the signing up process VM will ask for your current provider (Sky) and your account details. By selecting Sky, you are opting into the One Touch Switch process. So, VM will deal with this and you do not contact Sky (unless you have Sky's TV in which case you have to call Sky to cancel).
