Network hop latency...

Afternoon All, 

Hope you're well. Apologies for posting here, but as assumed from the downtime on the forums i can only post here.

Has anyone (specifically XGS customers) noticed a increase in latency on their connection recently? 

My first hop out of the private network is 7ms! - Not really too detrimental but definitely not what I expected to see, the external hops through virginmedia.net have been sub <2ms ever since I have been with them.

My friend also has XGS with VM and on his BQM I can see his latency has also increased.

Here is a tracert from late 2025 you can see the virginmedia.net hops are <2ms.

Looks like some routing changes have been made which has introduced some latency.

What's everyone's thoughts?
