Messages have disappeared

Three days ago I posted a query to both the Community Natter and the Tech Chatter as I cannot access my virgin.net emails and have tried as a last resort to obtain a password reset email to my other email address, but after numerous attempts no email has evr arrived.  (It's not in my Spam/Junk folders either).
Now I find that both of my messages seem to have disappeared from the Community and Tech chat pages.

Is it possible that someone has replied to my query and messaged me on my virgin.net email?  If so, this is the email I cannot access and I'd appreciate it if any replies could be sent to my gmail.com address, which I quoted in those messages.

    If you click on your forum name above, next to the round silhouette image in the first message of this topic, you should see all your posts.

    It can take several days for a VM person to reply to a topic (although they don't usually reply here in 'Community Natter')

    Your first message was moved to the correct email section of the forum.  The second duplicate post was removed by the moderators.

    It doesn't look as if the VM Forum Team have reached it yet.

  • It's been moved to the Broadband > Email board probably because it's an email problem.
