Nice work by Virgin Media after nearly 4 months of asking for graffiti to be removed!!! There must be a national shortage of grey paint as they now remove graffiti with pink and yellow spray paint. You can even still see the Graffiti behind the spray! Can someone at VM take some responsibility and sort out this terrible service!! :(

Of course it will, I wonder who or what is 'TSR' maybe 'TSB'!

It will probably be tagged again as soon as it's been sprayed. You might just have to live with it.

Hello, the graffiti still has not been removed after 3 months of repeated requests. When you say as soon as possible, when is this likely to be, next week, next month....

Did this graffiti get cleaned off?

Can this be escalated up the ladder please as the issue remains? This is really poor service from Virgin Media! I have also now contacted Ofcom as surely if you are installing equipment then you should ensure you maintain it. BT manages to remove Graffiti within a couple of weeks therefore, why cant Virgin Media do the same.

Hi,
This has been escalated with our team and I would like to assure you this matter has been logged with the relevant team. We will have this resolved as soon as possible.

Lucy - This is still not resolved. Why can't Virgin Media clean up their comms boxes as efficiently as BT??? I'm fed up reporting via phone and through this channel and still nothing gets done. Can you please take some ownership and advise when this will be cleaned please?

Still no action taken by Virgin Media after 2 months. What a poor service however, not surprised as I used to be a Virgin Media customer !!! Can someone please get this sorted for me. Does anyone know how we can escalate further as this chat function doesn't seem to get us anywhere.
