Hello, the graffiti still has not been removed after 3 months of repeated requests. When you say as soon as possible, when is this likely to be, next week, next month....
Did this graffiti get cleaned off?
Can this be escalated up the ladder please as the issue remains? This is really poor service from Virgin Media! I have also now contacted Ofcom as surely if you are installing equipment then you should ensure you maintain it. BT manages to remove Graffiti within a couple of weeks therefore, why cant Virgin Media do the same.
Still not sorted two months later!! Poor Service once again from Virgin Media!!!

Hi Lucy, I reported a street cabinet to Virgin media via the automated phone number on 27 April this year. It has not been cleaned off. BT Openreach have confirmed it’s not theirs. The reference number is: 86325318.

This needs to be escalated as 6 weeks is more than enough time to remove the graffiti.
Still no action taken by Virgin Media after 2 months. What a poor service however, not surprised as I used to be a Virgin Media customer !!! Can someone please get this sorted for me. Does anyone know how we can escalate further as this chat function doesn't seem to get us anywhere.
