Hi can someone tell me what's wrong an why I need an engineer out to my home, internet works fine TV works fine..
I would rather cancel the appointment I feel theirs nothing wrong an nothing is stated to be wrong just I need an engineer to my home.

What does the appointment actually say?
Also, does it say you (or someone over 18) needs to be in for the tech visit?
Is the tech for an internal or external visit?
Sometimes tech visits are arranged due to another customer having connection issues and the fault has occured due to another customer doing their own alterations which have affected neighbouring people, and due to the difficulty in tracing the origin of this fault then all local customers are given appointments.
Tech visits may also made due to changes of equipment/installtion of new equipment following package changes.
I assume it's in the home as it does state someone 18 an over has to be in or will be charged £25. I don't see a issue with it so I want to cancel the booked appointment but if it's something that does need sorting with the hub then I don't want to, that's why I come here to see if anyone from virgin knows what the actual issue an can tell me
I just ran a hub test in the virgin app the morning after I was experiencing intermittent signal an it said found an issue needs an engineer to my home so I booked it, but I don't see an issue with it, all seems well. I just want to know what the issue is as it does not state one reason.
