I am being called twice a day from this number. How can i stop having calls as they are calling me randomly twice a day. I ignore the call and cancel the call and on occasion spoken to them asking not to be contacted, yet I am still receiving the calls.
How can I arrange not be be contacted by this means?

The number you've indicated belongs to VM Sales, however the number may be spoofed
To avoid calls from VM you should turn off marketing.

Untick the box next to Sounds good! Keep me up to date in the Marketing consent section, and then click on Save Changes.
It can take up to 30 days for the changes to take effect.
If you have a sim/mobile with O2 you should also turn off marketing by signing into MyO2.
You might also want to think about registering with the telephone preference service which is a free service run by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). It stops your telephone number being available to organisations, including charity and voluntary organisations, who may telephone you with sales or marketing calls. It doesn't prevent callers from abroad spoofing the number though.
