The number you've indicated belongs to VM Sales, however the number may be spoofed
To avoid calls from VM you should turn off marketing.

It can take up to 30 days for the changes to take effect.
If you have a sim/mobile with O2 you should also turn off marketing by signing into MyO2.
You might also want to think about registering with the telephone preference service which is a free service run by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). It stops your telephone number being available to organisations, including charity and voluntary organisations, who may telephone you with sales or marketing calls. It doesn't prevent callers from abroad spoofing the number though.
