WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE
I’d like to share my worst experience about Virgin Media CCUSTOMER CARE.
No Internet or partially internet for 4 days. Appointment for a technician visit booked by Virgin Media over phone call. Received message on my Mobile phone saying:
“Appointment is booked for 07/02/2024 between 12pm to 4pm. Any adult need to be present at the time or you’ll be charged £25”.
What happened ?
• No technician arrived within given time;
• No message of whatsoever communicated to the customer who was bound to stay at home for the sake of this holy visit.
• Having called back to Virgin Media, I was informed that the problem is in the area not at your home. No help, no excuse, no care at all. Huhhh
My Question is that at least they must have updated the customer of the cancellation of appointment and the exact situation so that couldn’t have lost working hours.
Virgin Media CUSTOMER SERVICE is one of the worst I’ve come across.
N.B: This is my 1st and last post as I just signed up to share the situation I faced and suggest you guys to avoid this Company and please don’t refer to your friends or colleagues.
