Wireless Security Settings greyed out on Hub - unable to disable SSID broadcast

This has been posted before, twice. Back in 2022. Virgin said it was a fault being fixed. It is now 2025. All my settings in Advanced Settings - Wireless - Security, are greyed out, for both 2 and 5...

I'm going to have to raise a formal complaint about this. I have been on live chat for over 2hrs, virgin still can't help me. I've randomly received an SMS saying an engineer is booked for tomorrow.... I did not organise this. Live chat aren't responding. When I click on link it says I DONT have an engineer booked for tomorrow. The SMS said I will be charged £25 if I'm not in, lol..... Raising a formal complaint now in anticipation for this!!!
