Wireless Security Settings greyed out on Hub - unable to disable SSID broadcast
This has been posted before, twice. Back in 2022. Virgin said it was a fault being fixed. It is now 2025. All my settings in Advanced Settings - Wireless - Security, are greyed out, for both 2 and 5g. I cannot disable the SSID broadcast. Tried speaking with Virgin Customer support and they try and go through standard wifi issue support. It's not a wifi issue it is a hub settings issue!! My wifi is fine. Can someone from Virgin with TECH KNOWLEDGE please help me.
