For two years now I’ve waited for this to work and had the same message saying we are working to have this fixed asap not sure two years is asap every other supplier seems to have no issues with the wifi switch off why can virgin not get it to work
Support for Hub 5x appears to be frozen.
Most folks that once liked to wage a war of attrition against the family from their arm chair have by now realised all mobiles, laptops and game consoles support MAC Address Randomisation and can effortlessly evade any attempt at Wi-Fi Pausing in seconds or even automatically.
Even if the Connect app gets Wi-Fi Pausing it will be quite useless if your tangling with a reasonably capable infant.
Only way is a AP that can do many SSID and VLAN subnet put someone on a given SSID then no matter what MAC is used you control the SSID
VM don't really care about this option they don't even care how the internet works as long as it works (hub 5x and no modem mode)
