WIFI pod finally arrived

Well after waiting 3 months for my free black WIFI pod to arrive it now won’t connect. Tried all ways including switching off 5G, various re starts and even the phone call to VM help was a bit of a fob off. They say it can take 24 hours for the hub 5 to connect to the pod. Seems I will be calling them again tomorrow because I’m pretty sure there’s something up😩. I have read a few suggestions on here but TBH I’m not that technicaly inclined. If anyone has found a fast fix please let me know. Cheers

    Argos or Screwfix etc have retail Wi-Fi Repeaters that work with every ISP.  Collect & install same day !

    We're sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your WiFi pod connecting. Checking things here, we can see the pod is showing as online and there are devices connected to it too.
