WiFi pod disconnected and will not reconnect.

Run a test on hub and everything seems ok but the WiFi pod and also my camera doorbell have both disconnected and both can’t reconnect. Have tried in various locations in the same room as the hub. It’s like the signal to both have been blocked?

    Have you tried a 60 second pinhole reset of the Hub?

      No, as all the tests on the hub seem fine, all our phones, laptops etc are all connected fine, it’s just these 2 items for whatever reason have disconnected and can’t reconnect. I will try that tonight when husband has finished work on his laptop.

        Okay, has anyone paused these devices using the Connect app? 
        If you login the Hub you can check the MAC addresses of any “paused” devices and clear them.  However a full pinhole reset will set the Hub back to an out of the box state as well.
