Wifi dropping out constantly

This has been happening for the last 4-5 months, wifi drops out multiple times every day. Tried resetting router (back to factory settings as well). Still does it. New router required? Trying to get through to speak to a human is impossible these days. Virgin customer service used to be brilliant..... having second thoughts lately. Anyone got any ideas?

    Sorry to hear of your connection concerns over WiFi. 

    Checking the systems on our side we cannot see any issues with your hub specification or anything flagging about your WiFi 

    Do you find this only happens on your WiFI connected devices, or do any devices connected directly into the router via ethernet also drop connection at the same time?

    Do you find this only happens on one device, in specific areas of the home or at certain times of the day?
