Which router for my office to pair with Hub 5

Seeking some advice please

We have the Hub 5, we've taken an ethernet cable out to a converted room in the garden. It's out of Wi-Fi range. If a booster doesn't help, we will need to use the ethernet and presumably a router. Can anyone recommend something that works well with the hub 5 1g speed. Do I need to adjust the hub settings, someone mentioned putting the hub into router mode. Is there a guide?

You just need a wireless access point in the garden room. Connect it to the cable. You don’t need modem mode. Something like the TP-Link AX 1800 WiFi 6 Access Point.  Just set both the Hub and AP to the same SSID and password for seamless roaming.

Other than the ‘garden room’, are you satisfied with the performance of the Hub 5 everywhere else? WiFi Ok? If so, then let’s leave ‘well alone’, and all you need to do is to provide some connectivity to the garden room, and you have already done the hard part, ie run the ethernet cable. You don’t want a router there, just a WiFi access point, and the one that Adduxi, mentioned above will be fine.

well if your going to do something VM don't support might as well go unsupported the correct way with hub in modem mode and 3rd party router to it then a AP in your office
