Cannot access The NIBE UK website (major heat pump manufacturer)
We are told is DNS issue and waiting for it to resolve but it has been 2 weeks and is impacting every VM customer that tries to access the site???
When will this be resolved please?
No problems here - see below. However I dont use VM's DNS. See if you can change yours in the Hub settings But.... You may be blocked from doing that still (?) - what Hub model do you have ?

The website www.nibe.eu is being blocked by the VM Virus Safe DNS redirection service.
Below are shown the DNS lookup with a VM DNS and then with Google Public DNS.
Note the VM DNS returns the VM internal IPs failing the attempt to use the website.
Using VirusTotal website is there is 1 red report against : www.nibe.eu

Setting a Public DNS in a web browser or on the laptop is another workaround.

Sorry to see you're having some trouble accessing the Nibe website. A few of us have tested the website from home and we're having similar issues with the website.
This can be reported from here so we can investigate and resolve the issue with the site. Select 'other/unknown' and go from there 😊
