Hi my disney plus came up saying wrong country, I've checked everything and the only thing that I could find was some warning messages on the hub 5 and have no idea on how to resolve the issue or who to talk to any help would be great fully appreciated

The entries in the Hub 5 log are not related to the apparent country.
Find out what country you appear to be from : https://whatismyipaddress.com/
Without using a VPN / Apple Relay / a Security Package Proxy etc we expect to see :

IPv6: Not detected
ISP: Virgin Media Limited
Country: UK - GB - NI
It's saying I'm in France
Information is everything. Do please post the full whatsmyip result with copy/paste - with all but the first two IP address characters removed..
