VM Connection keeps dropping
Switched to VM from BT after moving home in August. Internet connection has been dropping several times daily across all devices both on WiFi and Ethernet.
makes working / streaming impossible without disruptions every 30 mins.
I have rebooted, factory reset, replaced the Hub 3 and gone through the same cycle on that to no avail. CS on the phone so far have been unhelpful.
just signed up to BQM so will be sharing more observations once it comes in
