Question

When I go on the hotspot app It states virgin media tv box is showing offline but when the 360 box is showing as red meaning its in standby its reading as offline via the app but the rest of it like the hub its showing as online but if I turn the box off it will state offline but if I switch it back on it will read online I've put this to the virgin media via messenger there interested in this issue happening because there thinking there is something that might cause it to read like that

A device that is in standby may very well&nbsp;look offline.

Go to Settings &gt; System &gt; Standby power consumption.There are 3 options:- Fast Start, Active Start, and Eco(slow start)Ideally the 360 box should be set to either Fast Start or Active Start.If you try to set a recording or watch a recording via the TVGo app when the 360 is in Eco mode then it won't work as the box appears to be offline to the app. &nbsp;It would also appear to be offline to VM so they would be unable to test for faults.

@newapollo I'm.not using the tv go app only using the hotspot app which indicates the best hotspots in certain areas but obviously if I switch the box off to standby that will turn on red if not in use but if I go to the app it will be offline the tv box under network if I switch the 360 back on now it will turn instantly to online mode&nbsp;

@newapollo I'm on the app now its reading green as the 360 box is online so it's between going offline and online it seems to switch between&nbsp;
