Vm Connect app

  • Hi all. My router was saying it wasn't connected to VM connect app and one of my WiFi pods were disconnected. I reset router and pod but still not connection. I uninstalled VM connect app and reinstalled it. Now I can't even log in to VM connect app. It sends me confirmation by email so I click it. But the. The app still stays on log in screen. I'm using Samsung s24 and I am connected to my WiFi. It's just constantly stuck on this screen even though I've confirmed email address .

     I've tried messaging VM on WhatsApp but yet no reply

  • Hey stunmann73, thank you for reaching out and we are so sorry to hear about your login issues.

    Please try these steps for the pod;

    Unplug any Ethernet cables attached to the router and wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in. Plug the router's power cable back into the outlet. Plug the modem back in and wait until the modem has finished powering on. Wait at least 2 minutes for your Pods' LEDs to stop blinking.

    What happens if you go down forget password route?
