VM Connect app

Hi, I have put the app on my iPhone 15 but it is pretty useless as it constantly tells me it’s not reckonising my hub 4.   
I have deleted app and started again several times but with the same result. 

today I wanna diagnostic check on the hub and it says I have an issue. 
bit WiFi seems to be working , though I do t know how well Cus app won’t run a check!!

    Hey Duncan64, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with the Connect app.

    Is there any error messages coming up?

    Is it update to the latest IOS and app update?

    Has it ever worked?
