VM Connect app reset

I've just moved house. I moved my router to my new home so everything looks the same to my devices. I have the VM Connect app on my phone with all the readings of my old home on it but I want to remove all these as they are no longer relevant, and populate the app with my new place.

I can't find any setting in the app to do this. I've also cleared its storage on the phone, equivalent to uninstalling and reinstalling, but the old results came back like and old smell.

Advice on how to do this please.

    Hi TopherP​ 

    Clear the data and cache on the Connect app your mobile, then uninstall the app and reboot the mobile. 

    Only reinstall the app once you've cleared the cache and rebooted.

      Tried this. Sorry, it didn't work. It seems to be connected with my account I think.

    AFAIK the app information is stored in a VM backend database, so can take a while to update with newer information.

      The new information is ok, it is the old tv boxes that should be removed, one is only a few weeks the other is over a year.  What do you class as a while ?

        Please can you delete the app. Then clear data and cache for the app. Reboot the device. 

        Then re-download. Should fix it :).

    Maybe it is time to move on from the dreadful Connect app and invest in a home network that you own and control and fits your needs.

    Folks are endlessly happy to have his and her's gold plated iPhones,
    but do not provide the home network to get the best out of them !
