VM Connect amber warning..

I have a question regarding the VM Connect app...

Now I know some answers will be, "if you're not experiencing any connection issues then what is the problem?" 

But this is annoying me. A nice line of green dots, all except one and it's triggering my OCD. I've had this constantly and I don't know what it is that's causing the issue. 

 

I have no connection issues as far as I'm aware. I have rebooted all hardware (v5 router and my virgin WiFi boosters) uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I just can't get rid of that amber dot. 

When going into the connected devices there isn't a "!" Warning against any of them to indicate a problematic device. 

Has anyone else experienced this and know a solution?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

    We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the display on the connect app.

    The lights indicate any potential issues with a connected device such as a lower signal strength, however wouldn't necessarily mean you're experiencing a fault with the service.

    Can you select the tab to get further information on which devices may be having signal issues?

    The Connect app does nothing that is useful, just uninstall it and be done.
