NTLworld was suddenly cut off. No warning.

Appalled at the amount of people that VM have cut off with no notification. I am currently migrating Thunderbird over to my Husbands gmail account as his NTL world was suddenly cut off. No warning.

How about a class action against VM.I feel sorry for people older than me that have been left to navigate this debacle.

It took me 3 and half weeks to sort mine and I was in tears a few times.
