We had a broadband connection issue over 3 weeks, and virgin media postpone the fixing time from 1-Oct to 17-Oct, We had at least 30 times disconnection every day, sometime several hours outage.
Tried to contact virgin media several times, but no use.....any thought? here with today connection graph
