Hi , I have read that virgin is rolling out an upgrade to hubs , I am on 125 volt , will I be getting an upgrade please .

However, if you are on the new XGS-PON Nexfibre/VM fibre connection, you will get a Hub 5X.

What more than 125mbps do you hope to gain from a new hub? It won't give any more speed.
I am not expecting faster speed , just better coverage maybe and it was asked because I had read it was happening , bit like the offer of moving from my v6 box that virgin has offered me twice ,but I have stayed with it because I understand no advantage with getting the 360 .
Are you thinking about upgrading to 1 GB broadband if not then the hub 3 is good for over 500 Mbs.
Are you having any problems with your hub ?
