Unrecognisable Router Password Character

Question

&nbsp;I must admit that some of the symbols look very odd. For example what looks like a lower case e on closer inspection doesn't look like a lower case e at all. It's definitely not a zero as I have tried that without any success.Any ideas what the character is?&nbsp;

Anything like this on a Hub 5?Hub 5 password problem | Virgin Media Community - 5655318You may need a new hub if you have tried all likely combinations and still cannot access the hub.
