Unacceptable amount of disconnecting and bad connection

For months now, my connection is constantly dropping or is very spotty and my upload speed, which I need, has become none existent. 

I've already has 2 engineer visits out, one who didn't even know how to work his own pad and another coming this Saturday, each time they say they can't find a fault in the house or the street and it's definitely not my PC, as it happens on every device.

I work from home, so I need it fixed or it may be time to switch ISP.

  • It wont let me copy and paste the HUB tables, so I screenshot the constant errors I'm getting

      Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your connection at the moment. This is far from the service that we should and want to be providing. How did the visit go on Saturday?

        Thank you for the reply, sorry I saw it late. The situation has not changed, my upload speed is still next to nothing and the BQM shows constant packet loss.

        This will be my last attempt to get it fixed (I think 3 engineer visits was enough of a chance) before I cancel my contract due to these issues.
