Unable to speak to anyone

How in the sweet hell do I contact and speak to a human? Your website chat is AI nonsense that sends me in loops and the continued AI nonsense on the phone gives you an option 4 to then state "I'm sorry but this isn't an option" - YOU'RE TELLING ME? Someone please send help
