SuperHub 4, covered in plaster during a house renovation - Can I get a replacement?

Hi all

My SuperHub 4 is currently working, but it has been covered in plaster dust and plaster by builders during a renovation, so looking far from acceptable in our lounge 🙂

Might anyone be able to kindly point me in the right direction to get a new SuperHub, another SuperHub 4 is fine because I use it in modem mode with a decent wifi router. I'm not sure if Virgin would provide one, or if I would need to buy it?

    Report it as "faulty" - they will replace it for a no-fault charge of £25.

    Might be difficult to get the offshore CS agents to agree to this but try that first.

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

    Sorry to hear of the Router issue. There would be a minimum cost of £25 as it's not an actual fault. I say minimum as will need to consult the relevant department to check the overall amount.
