Report it as "faulty" - they will replace it for a no-fault charge of £25.
Might be difficult to get the offshore CS agents to agree to this but try that first.

Sorry to hear of the Router issue. There would be a minimum cost of £25 as it's not an actual fault. I say minimum as will need to consult the relevant department to check the overall amount.
