I signed up for service updates messages and like many others they won’t stop!
please stop spamming me
I in the past week I have gotten more than 30 messages! It’s fixed! It’s not fixed! It’s fixed again! Nope it’s not fixed! What is going on???!???
why is there no way to stop this? I’ve contacted support twice already and they still keep coming.
please help!

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with receiving updates. Once you've registered for these, we're not aware of a way to stop them I'm afraid. The notifications will automatically stop once the fault has closed as resolved.
