Router Red Light Permanently On

I saw some posts from a while ago from users with this same issue I have . They were advised to order a new Router . I have tried all on line suggestions : reset with pin , disconnect , turn off , check position etc ….many many times …but the red light stays stubbornly on ! Can anyone tell me how I can report this and order a replacement router , please ? I have been through all the help sections but i just cant find where ??
