Return old hub3
Hi all,
I recently renew the broadband contract and VM sent me the hub 6, and asked me to return the old hub 3 in the box provided and drop off to nearest Yodel, I did it on 2/May, now I just received an email chasing me to return old hub. I kept the proof of sending, I try to reply email but no luck it keep said failure. Anyone know how to solve it cause afraid they will charge me for non-return old hub.
