Return old hub3

Hi all,
I recently renew the broadband contract and VM sent me the hub 6, and asked me to return the old hub 3 in the box provided and drop off to nearest Yodel, I did it on 2/May, now I just received an email chasing me to return old hub. I kept the proof of sending, I try to reply email but no luck it keep said failure. Anyone know how to solve it cause afraid they will charge me for non-return old hub.

  • Also I just check Yodel with the tracking number, it was returned to VM, how come they chasing ?

      What date was it returned?

      It could take several days to process the HUB once at the warehouse.

      When I returned mine it arrived on the 28/03, and I received an email thanking me for the return on 04/04.

      Sometimes it can take the warehouse take up to 14 days to prcoess this once its been delivered.
