Replacement Hub5 won't connect

I have received a replacement Hub 5 for my old Hub 3.

When I plug it in I go through various phases of flashing light and end up with a blue flashing light.  I can login to the Hub and see that the Hub5 is not connecting.

I have tried doing a Factory Reset and that did not change anything.

How do I get through to anybody at VM to get a fix for this ?

My line is working fine on the old Hub3 that I have reverted to.

  • Probably the hub has not been initialised for your account. 

    Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

    WHY aren't there any instructions with the hub ??

    It arrives and you expect it to work especially as the only instructions are via a web page which says plug it in and wait for 30 mins.

    Thanks to the above but a solution for everyone would be to include instructions !

      Yes, instructions would be nice for many people. Personally I never read the instructions, if I cannot install things without instructions I would rather not have them. Never read IKEA instructions and have built many things for various people.
