Replacement hub 5 port issue

Old hun 5 been working great for 2 years, died software update killed it, I was able to log in and last working log was software update date and then many reset attempts, new hub replaced yesterday but all 4 ports working but capped at 100mb, WiFi getting 970mb

Any ideas ??

    Have you tried a full factory reset, i.e. 60 second pinhole reset?   Checked with a new Cat 6 cable?  What kit are you testing the ports with?

    There was a similar report some months ago, but that turned out to be a network cable to a 10/100 POE network switch, so no surprise all Hub 5 ports connected at 100 Mb/s.

    Are your Hub 5's Ethernet ports connecting at  100Mb/s ? 
    OR
    Are the Ethernet ports connecting at 1000Mb/s and limiting the data transfer to 100Mb/s ? 

    Use the Hub 5 Connected devices menu to see the link rate for each Ethernet device.


  • Tried a full reset last night no difference, but hey guess what a full reset this morning and now I’m getting 1.1gb !! 

    I wondered if a reset would help !!!
