Ethernet port issues
Hi
Wondering if someone can help me? I can't get to speak to anyone via live chat or on the telephone, my Ethernet ports are not working on my hub, this is the 2nd hub I have had in 6 months, I need to connect via ethernet to my laptop as the wi-fi will not connect to the laptop

I have a Hub 3, when my Hub's Ethernet ports appeared to stop working the Green LED that shows a physical connection was lit but devices failed to work because the Hub 3 DHCP server has stalled / failed.
The DHCP server and Ethernet ports resumed working after a factory reset,
the process is as follows ...
With the Hub 3 powered on,
1) Press RESET for 60 seconds,
2) Leave the Hub 3 powered on to revert to the shipping condition.
Do not power off the Hub 3 as is mentioned in the VM Help pages,
this caused the Hub 3 to abort the reset to factory settings.
