Renewing contract - retentions team?

Hi,

Looking to possibly renew my broadband contract expiring next mont but the overseas call centre in India is next to useless. Poor connection, language barrier, time lag and what was offered is not to my liking.

I see Community Fibre is offering 1GBps for £25/month which seems pretty tough to beat. How can I get to the VM retentions team? If not a direct number can a member of VM staff here please help?

Many thanks

    Hi Aim-9

You should select options 1, 4 and 4 when dialing 150 from a VM landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, which should put you through to retentions (thinking of leaving)  They have better offers than the front line agents.  Although you might speak to a first line agent to begin with tell them you are wanting to speak to cancellations and they should then pass you through to the actual retentions agent.

You can also contact VM via WhatsApp on 0780 3089 684

Or you can contact VM on Social Media by either messaging

Forum staff can't help with contracts.

If you want to negotiate a new deal, you can either phone in and take the options for 'thinking of leaving us' or actually submit a cancellation and wait for them to call you with an offer.

But with the offer to go with FTTP and real customer service for £25 you should be biting their hands off.
