Red Light on Superhub 3

The red light on my superhub is on and restarting the hub has no effect
.For a few months now various devices on my network keep dropping out, sometimes they will come back on again only to drop out again later, These devices include a number of CCTV camera's, Amazon Smart plugs, also my Sky Q kept losing the wifi connection but I resolved that by connecting with a cable.
I have followed the instructions to turn the hub off for (more than) 15 minutes to ensure it is not an overheating issue, but this did not solve the problem and it did not feel in any way hot. All the leads are attached as they should be and the hub has been in the same location for a few years.
It appears to be obvious that the hub needs to be replaced, can this be arranged please, I can install a replacement hub myself.
