Red light on router

Hi,

Our router has the red light permanently on and is feeling hot to touch. I restarted it but although we still have internet connection, the red light is back. How do we request a new hub as I believe this red light and the overheating is a risk.

    Please do a pin-hole reset and if the red LED remains then the hub will need replacing.
